Meet the doctor
Mark R. Brouillette, DDS
In addition to his studies at the University of Nebraska, Dr. Brouillette has received additional continuing education training in fields such as sedation dentistry, Invisalign® clear aligners, and SureSmile® aligners. Away from the office, Dr. Brouillette enjoys hiking, golfing, swimming, and being around family and friends.

Meet the doctor
Carissa J. Greinel Blum, DDS
Dr. Greinel-Blum is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and DMP Heartland Dental. Dr. Greinel-Blum and her partner Chris enjoy traveling with their three, soon-to-be four children and two Bernedoodles. They are firm believers in maintaining a strong family and teaching their children values such as integrity, honesty, work ethic, and the pursuit of a balanced education. She is an accomplished violinist and loves running, hiking, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors.
Experience
Dr. Greinel-Blum is Invisalign Certified (2008) and completed LVI cosmetic dentistry training (2008). She served as Invisalign Regional Doctor Mentor from 2019-2023.
